Wortips with Pork & Ginger
Wortip, also known as Pan-Fried Dumplings, is a popular dish in Hong Kong and is offered by many street vendors and restaurants. The filling of the Wortips consists of finely chopped pork, leek, and ginger. After steaming, the dumplings are then fried in a pan with a bit of oil until they are golden brown and crispy. They are often served with soy sauce and vinegar to highlight the delicious taste of the dumplings.
