Our vegan Vegi Gao is an extremely popular classic. The filling consists of a variety of ingredients: cabbage, carrots, bamboo shoots, corn, and various mushrooms. A healthy and delicious filling that suits every palate.  

We recommend pan-frying the Xiaolong Bao after steaming until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. This creates a wonderful texture that perfectly complements the savory filling. Try it out and let yourself be tempted by this delicious, crispy treat!
