Beef Meatballs
Siu Mai, Ha Gao, and Cha Siu Bao are considered the classic dishes of Cantonese Dim Sum and are often referred to as the three heavenly kings. Our Beef Siu Mai are delicate, cylindrically shaped meatballs made from a juicy, flavorful filling of chopped beef and coriander, encased in a thin, tender dough wrapper with turmeric.
Beef Siu Mai are steamed until tender and juicy, then served hot. Sauces that pair well with Beef Siu Mai include soy sauce, chili sauce, and rice vinegar (a light and refreshing dip made from rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar adds an extra layer of flavor to the Beef Siu Mai).
